POTATO FILLING OR DRESSING | |
4 lbs. potatoes, whipped 1 diced onion 3 celery stalks, cut up 1/2 loaf bread 2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 c. cut up parsley 1 c. butter Boil potatoes and mash. Saute onion and celery in some of the butter. Cut bread in cubes and pour on the milk. Saute parsley in some of the butter. Mix all together. Toss in parsley last. Put in buttered 3 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
