SPINACH SALAD 
2 pkg. spinach, fresh
2 cans slices water chestnuts
1 pkg. bean sprouts, fresh
4-5 hard boiled eggs, diced
6-8 slices bacon, crumbled
Fresh mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar

Marinate salad overnight, and toss just before serving.
