FRUIT SALAD 
1 apple, peeled & chopped, bite-size pieces
1 peach or nectarine, chopped
1 kiwi, peeled & sliced
1/2 cantaloupe, peeled & chunked
1 sm. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 banana, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. orange juice

Peel and chop apple, peach, kiwi and cantaloupe. Add pineapple, coconut, orange juice and stir to mix. Add banana just before serving. This is a great tasting salad that is hard to believe their is no added sugar.
