EXCELLENT STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 mushroom caps, large
16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
Handful chopped parsley

Destem mushrooms, wash cups, and butter with brush. Cream cheese, crumble crisp bacon into cheese. Add parsley, blend with a spoon, fill each cap to a heaping level. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
