1 bunch spinach
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3 green onions, sliced

Clean spinach and dry thoroughly. Tear into large pieces. Add crumbled bacon, eggs and onions. Toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
