SIX WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
(Optional 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup black walnuts or other nuts)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with cover. Use as desired. To bake, place in muffin cups (paper) or in greased muffin pans. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Store raw mixture (covered) in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
