TURKEY STUFFING CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned stuffing (crumbs)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 c. cooked turkey pieces
4 eggs
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

Combine bread crumbs, celery and onions in a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with cooked turkey (chicken may be substituted). Beat eggs with a fork; add soup, milk and poultry seasoning. Mix well and pour over turkey and stuffing. Combine flour and cheese. Cut in butter. Spread over turkey. Cover tightly; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
