SUMMER SHRIMP SALAD 
Mix 2 small packages lemon Jello and 2 cups boiling water. Cool until slightly set; then add 2 cups whipped cream, 1 1/2 cups chopped celery, 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Chill until firm in 8-inch pan or molds.

Serve with dressing of 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup chopped pimentos, juice of 1 lemon, 2 small chopped green onions and 1/2 to 1 pound cleaned shrimp. Serves 8.
