FRIED ROLL COOKIES 
1 lb. graham crackers
1 c. seedless raisins
2 1/2 c. shelled pecans
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. dates
4 c. candied mixed fruit
1 lb. marshmallows
1/2 c. sweet milk

Crumble crackers in large bowl. Reserve 1 1/2 cups. Add fruit and nuts to crumbs in bowl; mix well. In top of double boiler melt marshmallows with both types of milk until smooth. Pour melted mixture over crumb fruit and nut mixture in bowl. Mix well. Shape into one long or two short rolls. Roll in reserved crumbs until well coated. Place on cookie sheet and chill several hours. Slice to serve. These cookies freeze well.
