STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE | |
1 pt. fresh halved strawberries 1 lb. chopped rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. tapioca 2 tbsp. butter Mix all ingredients except butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serves 8. Now in 8th grade at Watson (Tessa Collins' sister, 6th Grade) |
