STROGANOFF STEAK SANDWICH 
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Marinade beef, covered, for several hours.

2 tbsp. flake steak, 1 inch thick

Drain off marinade and broil steak.

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. sliced onions

Saute onion in butter and paprika until tender but not brown.

12 slices French bread, toasted

Thinly slice meat on diagonal along the grain. Arrange meat slices on French bread. Cover with onion.

1 c. sour cream, warmed
1/2 tsp. horseradish

Combine sour cream with horseradish. Spoon onto each sandwich.
