CORN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix

Mix together. Pour into casserole 13 x 9 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Very, very good! Really quick & easy to fix. I chopped 1/2 jalapeno (finely), added 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese & baked it in a 2 quart Pyrex casserole dish. I added an extra 15 minutes to bake time since and didn't use the 9x13-inch pan from the recipe. I gave it 4 stars because my husband say it's a little on the sweet side, but I'm sure it's because I used Jiffy Corn Bread. Using one of the other brands of corn bread mix might cut back on the sweetness. We had it for lunch and will eat the rest of it for a side dish with dinner.
