CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1/2 gal. & 1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. white rice
1 c. sugar

In large pot on stove, add 1/2 gallon milk, rice and sugar. Stir constantly. Bring to a low boil. Cook and stir for 1 hour. Beat eggs and 1 cup milk and vanilla. Add to rice mixture, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes (until it thickens). Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle cinnamon. Chill before serving.
