GINGER DIP 
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded coconut, toasted
2 tbsp. chopped candied ginger
Fresh fruit, cut up

In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, coconut, and ginger. Cover and chill. Use toothpicks to dip fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
