CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 3/4 c. milk

Crust: Flour, butter, sugar and 1/2 cup nuts (chopped). Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then cool.

First Layer: Blend with mixer, 1/2 container Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.

Second Layer: 3 packages chocolate pudding. Mix with milk. Spread on first layer.

Third Layer: Rest of Cool Whip, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Sprinkled on top. Chill for about 1 hour.
