HOT BACON DRESSING 
1/4 to 1/2 onion
1/4 lb. bacon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch

Fry onion with bacon (leave fat). Cool. Mix rest of ingredients well. Add to bacon and reheat. Just make one batch at a time as it can only be successfully reheated about 3 times.
