GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can mushrooms (drained)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add mushrooms and soup and Worcestershire sauce. Let cook for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
