MONKEY BREAD 
3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Quarter each biscuit and roll in a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Place in a Bundt cake pan (greased and floured). Add nuts as you put in biscuits. Bring to a boil butter, sugar and cinnamon. Boil for about 1 minute. Pour over biscuits.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes; turn upside down on plate. Serve warm for breakfast.
