ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/3 c. butter
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
3 to 4 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Break noodles into small pieces. Saute in butter, until light brown. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Saute 1 to 2 minutes longer, then drain on a paper towel. Put cabbage, onion and noodle mixture in a large bowl and toss. Just before serving combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
