GRANBURY SQUARES 
This unique 3 layer bar is always a conversation piece when served to our guests.

BOTTOM LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut

Cook first 4 ingredients in double boiler until well blended. Add beaten egg and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut. Press into buttered 9 x 12 inch pan. Cool.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix (powder)
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and beat in pudding mix and milk. Add powdered sugar gradually and beat until smooth. Spread over first layer.

TOPPING:

4 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk

Melt chocolate and butter over water. Stir in milk. Cool. Spread over pudding layer. When cool cut into 1 inch squares.
