RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 jar stuffed green olives, sliced
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. fresh mushrooms
2 pkgs. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar

Chop all veggies and put in a large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and Italian dressing together. Pour over veggies and let stand overnight. Store in tight container.
