FLORIDA ORANGE CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. (3 5/8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. undiluted orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. water
Add Cool Whip to your taste
1-2 tbsp. orange rind

Combine pudding concentrate, water and rind. Add Cool Whip to above mixture. Place in 8 inch prebake pie shell and refrigerate.
