EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
2/3 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 2/3 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth

In medium saucepan melt butter. Mix flour with melted butter, then slowly pour milk into pan, stirring while you pour until smooth. Add chicken broth and stir until thickened. Add deboned chicken and pour into 9"x13" oblong dish. Place your own homemade biscuits patted out small and thin on top. May use can biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are golden brown.
