BUTTERMILK BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. oil
3 c. water
6 c. flour
6 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. vanilla

Heat butter, oil, and water to melt butter; cool. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt; add to first ingredients. Add buttermilk, soda, beaten eggs and vanilla. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
