CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans of chicken broth
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. can of Cheez Whiz (regular)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, chopped fine
Pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter in a large soup pan. Add broth, whipping cream, Cheez whiz, and broccoli. Pepper to taste, do not add salt. Simmer 20 minutes.

Make gravy thickening out of 1/3 cup flour and water added until mixture is thick and smooth, but pourable. Gradually add to soup mixture, stirring constantly until soup thickens slightly.
