GIANT SHELLS WITH CHEESE FILLING | |
16 oz. ricotta cheese 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dried parsley 16 oz. giant shells 1 qt. spaghetti sauce 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. pepper In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Cheddar, mozzarella, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well. Meanwhile, cook shells according to package instructions. Fill each shell with cheese filling. In 13 x 9 inch baking pan, spread 1 1/2 cups sauce in bottom, arrange filled shells in dish, single layer. Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
