SWEET & SOUR SPARERIBS 
Meat 2 pounds spareribs cut in small pieces. Batter mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Dip spareribs into batter. Fry until brown.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pickle juice from dill or sour pickles
