SWEET SOUR SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
3 strips bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 c. vinegar
2 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach according to package directions. Fry bacon strips crisp. Add water, vinegar, and sugar, salt and pepper, to taste. Drain spinach, add hot bacon mixture. Place in serving dish. Garnish with egg slices.
