SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3 lb. canned ham, cut in bite-size chunks
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
4 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. instant dry milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt (or substitute)
2 (13 1/2 oz.) canned pineapple chunks (save liquid)
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place meat, onions and peppers in crock pot. Mix sugar, milk, cornstarch and salt in bowl. Add vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. Pour this over meat. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. No fat, low salt, low sodium.
