2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. Crisco
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat together sugar, eggs, butter, oil and Crisco. Then add flour, soda, cream of tartar, vanilla and almond extract. Make into balls and press down with a sugared glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
