I was quite skeptical of a no-chill cookie dough, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. This is a very simple recipe, and it makes a great dough. I did have to flour the working surface as well as the rolling pin several times to keep the dough from sticking. But the flour did the trick, and it was very easy to use with cookie cutters. And the cookies were delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper.
