CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® white & wild rice
1 can water
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 cut up chicken
1 med. onion
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Celery leaves

Mix together celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, rice, water and mushrooms. Put in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Top with chicken pieces. Use breasts, thighs and legs. Baste with butter and seasonings salt. Cut up onion and celery leaves; put on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Cover with foil for the first hour and 15 minutes then uncover last 45 minutes.

Always watch the words you speak, keep them few and sweet. For there may be some bitter words that you will have to eat.
