PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 c. flour

Blend the first 4 ingredients. (Let yeast foam.) Then add egg and oil. Stir in wheat germ and 2 cups flour. Use the last cup of flour to knead the dough. Form the dough into a ball and oil lightly on all sides. Place the dough in a bowl and cover. Keep in a warm place until double in size. Punch down and chill until ready to use. (Will keep frozen.) Makes 2 large pizzas.
