TURKEY CHEESE SANDWICH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
4 slices white bread, toasted
8 (1 oz.) slices cooked turkey
4 slices (4 oz.) process Swiss cheese, halved diagonally

Cook asparagus spears, according to package direction; drain well. Combine onion, salad dressing, and pepper; pour over asparagus, and two triangle of cheese. Broil 5 inches from heat for 2--3 minutes, just until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
