DUTCH PEACH CAKE 
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk (2% or skim)
8 pkts. Equal
2 c. biscuit mix
1 (16 oz.) can diet peaches or fresh
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Combine eggs, milk and 5 packets of Equal. Stir in biscuit mix and blend well. Spread into greased 8 inch pan. Drain peaches and arrange slices on dough. Combine lemon juice with rest of Equal. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Dust with nutmeg, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Great warm with a scoop of dietetic ice cream!
