HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. can creamed corn
5 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease casserole dish. Dice onion and mix with hamburger. Place in dish. Salt and pepper. Peel and slice potatoes. Layer on hamburger. Dot with butter. Pour cream corn (mixed with milk) over hamburger. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil for last 1/2 hour to allow browning.
