FONDUE 
1 c. gruyere cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
1/2 c. beer, optional
2 c. shredded Cheddar
Chunks of crusty French bread or cooked shrimp or ham

Melt ingredients and dip bread. Makes 4-6.
