CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 hour in tube pan or oblong pan until done by testing at 350 degrees. For glaze: Mix 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar and drizzle over cake.
