FANTASTIC BRISKET 
8-12 lb. brisket in Cryovac
Salt
Pepper
2 c. brown sugar
Favorite barbecue sauce
2 c. water

Leave fat on meat and place fat-side up in foil-lined large pan. Bake on low heat 250-275 degrees for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Cool and pour off broth.

Slice meat and arrange in pan. Rub brown sugar into meat slices and pour barbecue sauce on top. Rebake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
