RICE APPLE PECAN STUFFING 
4 to 6 tbsp. butter
2 onions, dice fine
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. orange liqueur
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 chopped pecans

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet, saute' onion until lightly browned. Add apple and cook with onion for 2 minutes. Add more butter as needed. Remove from heat and blend in all remaining ingredients. Stuff birds when cool.
