FIFE BANNOCKS 
6 oz. flour
4 oz. oatmeal
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caster sugar
1 oz. butter
Mix in sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, rub in butter, mix to a soft dough with milk. Divide into 4. Roll one into 3/4 inch thickness. Bake in a greased tray for 10 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
