1 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. pecans, chopped 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) tube Cool Whip 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding mix Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat into a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans over dough and press dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar and spread over cooled crust. Spread 1/2 Cool Whip over cream cheese layer. Mix vanilla pudding using 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread over Cool Whip layer. Mix chocolate pudding using only 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread over vanilla layer. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with pecans or chocolate curls. This may be frozen. |
