FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. red food coloring

Cook until thick; cool.

CRUST:

1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Beat together the oil and milk. Mix together the flour, salt and sugar. Mix this with the oil and milk. Pat into a 9 inch pie tin and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Fill cooled crust with fresh berries. Add cooled sugar mixture. Top with whipped cream.
