COOL DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/3 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip container

Mix flour, butter, nuts together and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and spread over cooled crust. Combine milk and pudding mix (don't follow pudding instructions) and gently spread over cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill until served.
