1 head cabbage 1 pkg. round steak 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. sliced green onions 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. oil Cut round steak in thin strips and saute them with the oil in a skillet until brown. Remove meat from skillet; add celery and green onions and saute until the onions are almost translucent. Add soy sauce and return meat to skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Cut up cabbage and add to the mixture. Turn off heat and let stand for 10 minutes. This is delicious by itself as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish. |
