1 devils food cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cake mix with butter (melted) and 1 egg, plus 1/2 bag chocolate chips. Press batter into greased pan. Pour rest of chocolate chips on top. Mix softened cream cheese with box of powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until frosting sets and turns light brown.
