QUICK HOT SAUSAGE 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasonings

Fry sausage; drain meat, rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on Italian bread or rolls.
