ROSEBROOK TRIFLE 
1 pound cake
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
2 sm. (1/2 pt.) containers heavy cream
2 c. milk
Fruit of choice
Sherry or cordial (example Grand Marnier)

Prepare pudding with cream and milk, set aside. Cube pound cake and cut fruit. (Bananas, pineapple, cherries, etc.) Begin by placing half of the pound cake on bottom of bowl. Drizzle with sherry or cordial. Next put half the pudding, then the fruit. Repeat these steps and top with whipped cream and strawberries. Serve chilled.
