1 1/2-2 lb. round steak, cut in 3/8" strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Hickory Smoke

Put meat in glass pan. Pour sauce over and marinate 1 hour. Lay across rack and bake 150 degrees for 7-8 hours.
