HONEY PIE 
1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of nutmeg
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

In a saucepan, bring honey to a boil, quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Remove from heat and pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set.
